The Session Hall

It is made by the project of professor of an architect – Kohl Nikolay Yakovlevich.

There was a huge map instead of the stage. War actions of the all fronts including international situation were pointing on this map.

There is a round table in the center of the Hall for the sessions.
The cupola is an architectural decoration has also a practical using. It carries out part as an acoustic system.

I.V.Stalin had very silent voice, so that cupola was providing to make noise louder.

The specific of the cupola is interesting for the acoustics. If in the center of the cupola the noise could plug your ears it won’t felt around it.

By this example you can see, that even Stalin’s small peculiarities were taking into account during making projects and during the building, even military projects.
